We ship worldwide from JOHN ECOM LLC.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of payment.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 7–15 working days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. Follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you confirm. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong, we resend it once you confirm the correct one.
