Refund Policy

You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items should come back in their original condition.

How to start a return

Email support@wander-plus.store with your order number and the reason. We send the return address and instructions the same working day.

Refunds

Once your parcel reaches us we check it and approve the refund. Your bank then needs 5–10 business days to show the money on your original payment method.

Exchanges

Wrong colour? Ask for an exchange and we send the replacement out.

Damaged or wrong item

Send a photo to support@wander-plus.store within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full, shipping included.
